Shipping & payment
How a quote becomes an order, what you pay and how the parts reach you. These terms apply to every order unless your quote says otherwise.

Quotes and orders
Every order starts with a quote. Send part numbers and quantities; we reply within one business day with unit price, availability, lead time and shipping options. A quote is valid for 14 days. [待确认] Your written confirmation of the quote is the order.
Prices
Quoted prices are in US dollars, per piece, ex works Shiyan, Hubei, China (EXW) unless the quote states another Incoterm. Reference prices shown on part pages are indicative only. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.
Payment

Shipping
- Courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) — parcels up to about 30 kg, 3–7 days door to door.
- Air freight — heavy or urgent shipments, to the destination airport.
- Sea freight — pallets and containers, to the destination port.
We ship with your forwarder if you prefer. Heavy items such as cylinder heads and crankshafts are crated. [待确认：常用货代、免运费门槛]
Lead time
In-stock parts leave within 2–3 working days after payment. Parts ordered from the factory typically take 7–20 days; the quote states the lead time for each line. [待确认]
Documents
Commercial invoice, packing list and courier or freight documents are included with every shipment. Certificates of origin and other documents required by your customs are available on request.
Warranty and returns
Genuine parts carry the manufacturer's warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Report shortages or transit damage within 7 days of delivery with photos. Parts are not returnable once fitted; unfitted parts may be returned within 30 days by agreement, at the buyer's freight cost and subject to inspection. [待确认]
